Check-in is guaranteed at 5 PM of the date of arrival. An earlier check in is subject to availability and is extended on a first come, first serve basis in the booked room category for an additional $50.00. For an earlier check in prior to 3pm, the request is processed at check-in and it is subject to the applicable fee of $50.00 Once you arrive at the resort, we will assist you further.
Check out time is BEFORE 11:00 am, unless a late check out is approved by the Princess Royale. Please contact the Front Desk to request an extended check out time, which may be associated with additional fees. Your suite must be vacated by check-out time to allow the resort to prepare the unit for the next guest. Failure to depart at the agreed upon check-out time will result in additional fees and possible eviction from the resort.
When you are ready to depart, you may just leave your key in the room and the final folio will be emailed to you. Moving furniture is discouraged to avoid damages and all furniture should be left in the original designated locations.
I understand the Maximum Occupancy of all units may not be exceeded at any time. These policies are not only policies of the resort, but strictly mandated by the governing municipality. All additional guests must be out of the unit no later than 10pm. We would also like to reiterate that we want you to enjoy your stay, but not at the expense of other guests, so please be considerate with your noise and activities. All areas have a noise curfew of 10pm. More than (2) adults (guests over 12 years old) staying in a suite will be charged $25.00 each per night plus tax. More than (4) adults in a two bedroom condo and (6) adults in three bedroom condo will also be charged $25.00 each per night plus tax.
a) Deposit: A one night’s deposit will be taken at the time of booking the reservation unless the booking occurs seven days or less from the arrival date. In this case the total room, tax and resort fee payment will be taken.
b) Payment in full: You will pay the total of the room rental, associated taxes and resort fee in full, seven days prior to the arrival date. A credit or debit card will be billed for these charges. For July and August condominium reservations, the balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. The credit or debit card used for the payments will be in the name of the guest signing this agreement. If the card is in the name of another individual, a separate authorization will need to be completed by that individual. Please contact us for more information. If we are unable to collect the payment, your reservation will be cancelled. You must bring the credit card you used to make the reservation with you at check-in.
c) Resort Fee: For our guest’s convenience, we have a $12 per night resort fee that will be added to your total. This fee includes charges for parking, the in-room safe, pool service, In-room and public space high speed Wi-Fi, Local calls and 800 access calls, In-room coffee maker, access to the fitness room.
d) Incidental Charges: Upon check-in, you will be required to present a credit card, so that the front desk may process a $100 authorization on your account. The hold will be released at check out. Please allow 7-10 business days from your check out date, before you see the authorization released. You will be responsible for and agree to pay any incidental charges incurred during their stay and billed to their unit. These charges include, but are not limited to: restaurant and bar charges, activities charges, retail purchases, and spa service. A hold will be put on the credit or debit card for the purposes of these charges during your stay.
e) Other charges: You will be responsible for and agree to pay for any damage or missing items from the unit as well as any additional fees as outlined in this agreement.
If notice of date changes or cancellations are not received prior to the date of arrival, as indicated below, your deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation number must also be obtained in order to receive a refund (inclement weather is not a valid reason for refund)
– 72 hours’ notice for group reservations
– 7 days’ notice for transient reservations, with a cancellation fee of $26.50
– 30 days’ notice for any one or two-bedroom condo reservation for July and August, with a cancellation fee of $106.
The Resort reserves the right to enter your unit in the event of an emergency, and during normal operating hours to make necessary repairs, alterations or other services as needed. Unless impractical to do so, the resort shall endeavor to provide notice to you in advance of entry. A privacy sign is provided for your unit and the resort will make every reasonable effort to honor this request.
a) You shall not violate the quiet enjoyment of other guests and shall not violate any criminal or civil law, ordinance or statute in the use and occupancy of the unit. You shall keep the unit clean and sanitary.
b) Events and parties are not permitted in the guest units. Glitter, tape and confetti are strictly prohibited on the entry door or inside the units. Please contact our Sales team if space is needed for these types of events.
c) The Princess Royale prohibits all photography/videography of the property for commercial use. Please contact the resort’s Sales Department for these purposes. Videotaping or recording other hotel guests and employees is strictly prohibited
d) Guest room units will not be used for the purposes of any commercial activity.
e) You will not display any commercial, political, or religious signs or flags in the common areas during your stay without written permission from the Resort.
You agree to alert the Resort to defective or dangerous conditions in the guest unit or common areas of the Resort. You will make no alteration, additions or improvements in or to the guest unit or common areas. You shall be liable to the Resort for any damages caused by a lack of due care or for any extensive cleaning that needs to be done beyond the normal scope of housekeeping service. For your and safety, and the safety of our housekeeping staff, we will service rooms only by request, by removing trash and replacing towels.
The Princess Royale does not accept pets; however, service dogs are welcome. A service dog is trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. You will be charged and agree to pay a $500 fee if this policy is not followed.
The Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort is a smoke free property. This includes all guest units, common areas, and balconies. You agree to pay a $500 smoking fee and immediate eviction if there is any evidence of smoking in a guest unit and the resort is authorized to charge the credit or debit card on file.
Parking is limited to one car per bedroom of the unit you are renting to a maximum of three vehicles for a three-bedroom condo. We do not allow trailer or boat parking on property or oversized vehicles requiring more than one parking spot. For your convenience the charge for parking is included in your resort fee. The Princess Royale provides EV charging services on a no-reservation, first-come first-serve basis to its guests. The Princess Royale makes no guarantee for the number of vehicles that can simultaneously charge, the charging duration, start time, or charging rate. The guest assumes any and all risks and costs associated with the use of the charging system, and the guest acknowledges and agrees that the Princess Royale shall have no liability for such risks or costs. Guest shall indemnify and hold harmless the Princess Royale, and its members, directors, officers, agents, employees and contractors, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, demands, costs, expenses, actions, causes of action, statutory or regulatory violations, or proceedings of any kind, including costs and attorney’ s fees, arising in connection with guest’s use or misuse of the charging system. Once charging of your vehicle is complete, please move to another location in the garage so other guests may utilize the service. Valid vehicle guest pass must be visible on your dashboard at all times.
It is understood that the Resort will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests that are not guaranteed by the Resort or required by law. Requests that are not guaranteed include room location, bedding type, proximity to other units or amenities in the Resort.
During normal operating hours the Resort offers bell service to our guests. The agents providing services are the only ones to handle the bell carts and are there for your convenience and safety. There is no charge for this service and tipping is at the discretion of the guest utilizing the service.
I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement and authorize the Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort to charge the credit or debit card that I provided to them for the services outlined in this agreement.
In the event you do not stay the full number of nights reserved there will be no refund. Please note, we strictly adhere to this policy with NO Exceptions.
