For the health, comfort and enjoyment of our guests and staff, the Princess Royale Family Resort is now a 100% smoke free environment. We kindly ask that all guests observe this policy as smoking of any kind is prohibited in all areas of the property. All guests be advised that a fee of $500 will be added to your bill if there is any evidence of any kind, including that of odor only, of smoking in any unit, including the balcony.
No commercial, religious or political signs or flags are allowed in common areas.
Remember, kids 12 and under stay free.
Persons over age 12 are considered adults and extra occupants over 12 are $20 daily per person, plus tax.
All of the suites are beautifully appointed with daily maid service including linens.
Rates are based on 2 adults per suite per day, 4 adults per two bedroom condo per day or 6 adults per three bedroom condo per day.
All rates are based on availability, subject to change and do not include taxes or gratuities.
Check-in after 4:00pm; Check-out before 11:00am. Any checkout after 11:00am will result in additional charges. Rooms are not guaranteed until after 4:00pm.
Specific room types, bedding and special requests including to be near other parties may be requested, but are not guaranteed. Specific suite numbers as well as suite types & bedding requests cannot be guaranteed. Every attempt will be made to honor these special requests. In the event that the specified room type is not available, the next available room type will be assigned.
All suites are equipped with an electronic safe for your protection. A nominal fee of $1.50 per day will be automatically charged to your bill regardless of use.
Resort Fee: A non-refundable, nightly resort fee of $6.95 plus applicable taxes will be added to all reservations.
Deposits: A deposit is required when making a reservation. If your deposit has not been received, reservation is subject to automatic cancellation.
Suites: All reservations require a one night’s payment in advance as an advance deposit. No personal checks. Credit cards used to guarantee the reservations are charged at the time the reservation is made for the required deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. Must present credit card used for advance deposit upon check-in. No personal checks for payment of balance.
Condos: All July and August, 2 & 3 bedroom condo reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date. The first night’s rate plus taxes is charged at the time of reservation. There is a $100 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival and no refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are non-transferable.
Cancellation and Date Modification Policy: If your reservation is not cancelled prior to the timelines indicated below, your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to modify your reservation, the same timeline below applies. If your reservation modification is not made within the below time frames, you will be responsible for your originally booked number of nights.
72 hours notice for group reservations
7 days notice for transient reservations
14 days notice for golf reservations
30 days notice for any one or two bedroom condo reservation for July and August.
Cots and pack’n’plays are $15 per night, subject to availability.
The Princess Royale does not accept pets, however service dogs are welcome. A service dog is trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
Covered parking is available at no charge.
No refunds for early departure.
Reservations being made less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-cancellable and are non-refundable.
The Maryland General Assembly passed a bill that became effective as of October 2, 2002. We have incorporated this bill into our policy as follows:
Individuals under the age of 18 are required to provide a $500.00 cash security deposit upon check-in. This is in addition to the advance deposit required to make the reservation.
Upon check-out, the room will be inspected. If there is no damage nor additional cleaning required, the $500.00 security deposit will be refunded. If damage is present and/or additional cleaning is required, the amount (at the discretion of the manager) will be subtracted from the security deposit. If the damage is less than $500.00, the difference will be refunded. If the amount of damage exceeds $500.00, the deposit will be forfeited and the local authorities will be contacted.
All reservation cancellations, regardless of when you are traveling are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 plus tax, per room. This fee is $100 plus tax for 2 & 3 bedroom condos in July and August.
