Experience yoga on the beach! Join us now through June 15, every Saturday and Sunday at 9am for Spring Beach Yoga.
Beginners to any level experience will enjoy this uplifting experience of yoga on the beach! Breath awareness, with a combo of classic yogic postures to uplift not only the body, but the mind and spirit. Explore what it feels like to see the wide open sky and endless horizon over the sea, as you move to your own rhythm. Enjoy complete relaxation at end to the sound of the waves, feeling connected again and free. A true vacation for the soul!
More on our facilitator, Sandy Gray from Ocean City Yoga: Now an Ocean City resident, 500 hour certified yoga teacher, Sandy Gray, encourages her students to practice with courage kindness and gratitude. She studied at the former Charm City Yoga and YogaWorks in Baltimore, Md under her mentor Sarah Cook. Her classes are designed to help you slow down, be present, and breathe. She loves combining the joy of yoga and the beach to help others let the stress of life melt away.
