Hotel Accessibility

Pets/Service Animals:

The Princess Royale does not accept pets; however, service dogs are welcome.  A service dog is trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.

Amenities & Elevator Accessibility

  • Parking Garage is equipped with elevators, once off the elevator, we have a curb ramp accessing the Resort Lobby which leads straight to our Front Desk.
  • All floors are fully accessible by elevator.
  • There is a straight path with no stairs to our restaurant.
  • From our restaurant, guests can access the Oceanfront Dining and Gazebo Bar through the restaurant doors.
  • Pool Area, Arcade, and Spa are accessible from elevators from each floor.
  • Accessible Pool Lift
  • Hotel convenience store and gift shop are both located on our main level with no stairs.
  • All of our meeting spaces are easily accessible by elevator or on the main level of the resort.
