Being in the service industry, and now owning my own business, I've found how important that is. Although the public can be harsh, I encourage your staff to keep up the good work. You never know, your positive attitude towards another could make their day. Housekeeping is no joke, and they too did an awesome job with a smile on their face. The Princess Royale hosted my family and friends this past weekend for our oceanfront wedding. The accommodations for rooms for our guests, the amenities of the hotel and the perfect weather made it an AMAZING Experience! My stay as usual was excellent! My wife and I love this hotel. The hotel is always clean and staff really look out for us. We didn't want to venture out much this trip, but house cleaning made sure we had everything we needed during out stay. Martella—I believe that was her name—really helped us with reservations. Last year we were supposed to come down in May for our anniversary, but had a sickness in the family. She put our reservations on hold for a year so we wouldn't lost our deposit for the first night. She took care of us again this year on the reservations and made the transactions so smooth. We thanked her for this. She didn't know how much we appreciate this. We'll see you all soon in the fall, if we don't come down during the summer!
