Rates & Policies

Please read carefully:

Rentals for June 30, 2012 thru September 1, 2012 will begin on December 15th, 2011, and can be made at www.princessroyale.com or by calling 410-524-1965 ONLY. All other times of the year, call 1-800-4-ROYALE. On-line reservations are preferred and are processed prior to calls being returned in the order received.

*Note for 2012 Summer - We no longer offer AAA discounts nor any coupons for 2 & 3 bedroom condos.

All condominiums are 100% non-smoking. The Princess Royale is a completely smoke free hotel, and smoking is NOT permitted anywhere, even on the balconies. A $200 fine will be applied to any guest found violating this rule.

Requests for specific condos and requested locations MAY be requested but ARE NEVER guaranteed. The three bedroom, three bath condos are rented weekly only; Saturday-Saturday in July and August.

The two bedroom, two bath condos with one direct oceanfront (center) balcony are rented weekly only; Saturday-Saturday in July and August.

Reservations for the two bedroom condos with one corner (side) balcony will be accepted, based on availability, for ANY arrival/departure pattern with only a three (3) night minimum required in July and August.

The three bedroom, three bath oceanfront condos (we have 5 of these units) for the summer of 2012 will be $3950.00 weekly, plus 10.5% tax, for a total of $4364.75. This rate is based on up to 6 adults in the condo and children under 12 are free. Persons over the age of 12 (above the 6 adults permitted) are $20.00 per person per night, plus tax, additional. Bedding sizes and number of beds vary in each condo. Please note that small Pac-n-Plays and cots are $15.00 per night, plus tax, and are subject to availability. The three bedroom condos have three full bedrooms; two of the bedrooms face the ocean and the third bedroom does not have a view. There are three full baths. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi. All three bedroom condos have an oceanfront living room with a queen sleep sofa. All three bedroom condos have a dining room. All three bedroom condos have one large direct oceanfront balcony. There is a television with VCR/DVD in the living room and a television in the master bedroom. NOTE: There are NOT televisions in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. All units have a washer & dryer, iron & board, hair dryer and electronic safe. Linens are provided and DAILY maid service is included in the rate.

The two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condos with one direct oceanfront (center) balcony (we have 8 of these type; condos ending in #02 and #05) for the summer of 2012 will be $3325.00 weekly, plus 10.5% tax, for a total of $3674.13. This rate is based on up to 4 adults in the condo and children under 12 are free. Persons over the age of 12 (above the 4 adults permitted) are $20.00 per person per night, plus tax, additional. Bedding sizes and number of beds vary in each condo. Please note that small Pac-n-Plays and cots are $15.00 per night, plus tax, and are subject to availability. These units are only available for weekly rentals; Saturday-Saturday. These condos have two full bedrooms; one of which faces the ocean and the other bedroom does not have a view. There are two full bathrooms. These condos have an oceanfront living room with a queen sleep sofa. There is a television with VCR/DVD in the living room and a television in the master bedroom. NOTE: There is NOT a television in 2nd bedroom. These units also have a dining room. All units have a washer & dryer, iron & board, hair dryer and electronic safe. Linens are provided and DAILY maid service is included in the rate.

All other two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condos with one corner (side) balcony (we have 11 of these type) will be $2975.00 weekly, plus 10.5% tax, for a total of $3287.38. Or, $425.00 per night, plus 10.5% tax when rented nightly; thus:

• $1408.88 for 3 nights (which is the minimum in July & August)
• $1878.50 for 4 nights
• $2348.15 for 5 nights
• $2817.78 for 6 nights

These rates are including tax. Rates for the two bedroom condos are based on 4 adults in the condo and children under 12 are free. Persons over the age of 12 (above the 4 adults permitted) are $20.00 per person per night, plus tax, additional. Bedding sizes and number of beds vary in each condo. Please note that small Pac-n-Plays and cots are $15.00 per night, plus tax, and subject to availability. These condos have two full bedrooms; one of which faces the ocean and the other bedroom does not have a view. There are two full bathrooms. These condos have an oceanfront living room with a queen sleep sofa. There is a television and VCR/DVD in the living room and a television in the master bedroom. NOTE: There is NOT a television in 2nd bedroom. These units do not have a dining room but there is a dining table and chairs adjoining the living room area. All units have a washer & dryer, iron & board, hair dryer and electronic safe. These condos have a one corner balcony. Linens are provided and DAILY maid service is included in the rate.

Important Info, Please Read: Sorry, NO discounts, including AAA, coupons or other specials are available for the two and three bedroom condos.

The total number of guests in the condo, including children, may not exceed the number of people that the unit will sleep unless they are crib age. NO PETS ARE PERMITTED.

Please note that room numbers booked are NOT assigned in advance therefore specific bedding cannot be guaranteed. ALL two bedroom condos have three beds and a queen sleeper. Some units have the two beds in the oceanfront bedroom; some have the two beds in the bedroom that does not face the ocean. Requests can be made regarding this but are NEVER guaranteed.

All condos have a queen sleep sofa in the oceanfront living room. All two and three bedroom condos have two televisions only; one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. There is a VCR/DVD in the living room. Wireless internet access is available from all condos for no additional charge. All kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove w/conventional oven, dishwasher and trash compactor. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and there is a toaster & coffee maker in each unit. All condos also have a washer & dryer as well as iron & ironing board. There are hairdryers in the master bathroom. Bedding varies by unit. Linens are provided and DAILY maid service is included in the rate. Parking is free of charge. The electronic safe in every condo is $1.50 per day; regardless of use.

One night's deposit (including tax) is due at the time of reservation. A confirmation will be sent after we have received your deposit. Credit card given must be able to be charged the deposit amount at the time of reservation. If you are sharing the condo we will be happy to split the deposit onto different credit cards but all cards must be presented at check-in.

The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If using a credit card, you may note at the time of your reservation if you would like the balance automatically billed to the same account number 30 days prior to arrival; therefore making it unnecessary for you to remember to call when the balance is due! A second confirmation will be mailed when your reservation is paid in full. The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in - no exceptions.

Reservations that are not paid in full at least 60 days prior to arrival will be canceled without notice and the original deposit returned. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of reservation.

Cancellations for ANY reason for 2 and 3 bedroom condo reservations arriving in July and August 2012 must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that this policy cannot be waived; even in cases of emergency. Please note that no exceptions can be made to any of our policies. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival result in full forfeiture of the full rental amount including tax. All cancellations, even those made more than 30 days prior to arrival, are subject to a $100.00 processing fee.

Please note that upon arrival it will be necessary for you to present the credit card used for the deposit. There are no exceptions to this policy and is for your protection against fraud & identity theft. In the event that you cannot provide the credit card used, the account will be refunded and full payment via another means will be due in full before the keys to the condo will be provided.

Check-in time is after 4pm. You are welcome to arrive as early as you like and a parking permit will be issued to you upon your arrival. You may use all the facilities of the hotel and the beach until your condo is available however this is usually 4pm during the summer. Your luggage will need to remain in your vehicle until your condo is ready. Therefore, if you plan to arrive early please prepare by packing a bag with anything you may need to enjoy the day prior to check in. (We do have changing rooms available.)

Check-out is time is before 11am. While departing 30-60 minutes late may not seem significant, it means the next family is getting in 30-60 minutes late which is significant. Accordingly, we are very strict regarding our check out time. All guests need to completely vacate the condo and then check out at the Front Desk prior to 11am. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Please do not check out at the Front Desk until you have completely vacated your condo. Condos still occupied at 11:00am are subject to hourly late check out fees. You are welcome to use the beach and facilities for the remainder of the day on your departure date. Again, changing rooms are available and your vehicle may remain on property until 4pm on the day of your departure.
